Wednesday, Mar. 12
12:28 a.m. – Police stopped a vehicle at 1st St. and Centennial Blvd. A female subject took off from the passenger side of the vehicle and ran towards I-105.
12:55 a.m. – Michael Ottosen, 43, was arrested in the 6000 block of Main St. on warrants for theft, menacing and unlawful use of a weapon. He had a mountain bike with him that had been spray-painted, and the brand of the bike could not be determined at the time.
1:21 a.m. – An employee of Safeway in the 1800 block of Pioneer Parkway E reported seeing a male driver wearing a western shirt getting out of a dark green Dodge Neon and urinate on the exterior wall of the store. The female passenger also was reported to be very intoxicated.
2:51 a.m. – Corina Moreno, 46, was cited for driving while suspended at Bob Straub Pkwy. and S. 57thSt.
3:10 a.m. – A resident in the 5900 block of A St. reported her son’s ex-girlfriend was trying to break into her back window. Her son’s ex then proceeded to the driveway and poured paint on a vehicle. The resident confronted her son’s ex, who started to scream. Police responded and arrested Mysti Haack, 29, on charges of criminal mischief and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle.
3:18 a.m. – A male subject left Denny’s in the 900 block of Kruse Way without paying his bill of $8.98. He was described as a white male in his 30s wearing an Oregon Duck hat and a Duck jacket. The subject was driving a black Nissan pathfinder.
4:17 a.m. – A 49-year-old male subject was found slouched over at a bus stop at 58th and Main Streets. He was transported to Buckley House in Eugene for detoxification.
6:37 a.m. – Police contacted two subjects who had previously been trespassed from a location in the 1100 block of Centennial Blvd. Erica Mayo, 28, was arrested on warrants from Multnomah County for theft.
12:29 p.m. – Jason Buchanan, 35, was cited for driving while suspended at I-105 and 5th St.
1:32 p.m. – A wallet and its contents were stolen from a motel in the 1700 block of Main St.
2:44 p.m. – A resident in the 600 block of 58th St reported his brother was outside his bedroom door with a snowboard because he wanted to cut his cat’s nails. He reported his brother’s cat was in the bathroom and that the cat was going to be dinner because the cat keeps scratching and biting him. The caller reported being armed with a hammer. Eric Johnson, 22, was arrested on a charge of menacing.
3:00 p.m. – A resident in the 6800 block of Ivy St. reported juvenile females were going door-to-door selling magazine subscriptions for an organization called “Fit for Life.” The resident said he looked it up on the internet and found out it was a scam.
6:02 p.m. – Suzanne Freund, 29, was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting at WinCo in the 1900 block of Olympic St. She was not placed in handcuffs due to being pregnant.
7:21 p.m. – Gary Miller, 42, was arrested for driving while suspended in the 200 block of 41st St.
9:11 p.m. – A male subject was reported to be hanging onto a street sign at Gateway St. and Beltline Rd., barely able to hold himself up. Another caller at a nearby Shari’s Restaurant reported the same subject had been inside the location yelling at employees to give him food.
Thursday, Mar. 14
1:16 a.m. – A resident in the 00 block of U St. and said she heard a male subject scream “I’m gonna Kill you.” Police arrested Marchello Kelly, 27, on warrants for failure to appear from Umatilla County.
6:04 a.m. – Two computers were stolen from Agnes Stewart Middle School in the 900 block of S. 32nd St.
8:37 a.m. – Alexander Alaskin, 66, was cited for driving while suspended at 35th and Olympic Streets.
12:14 p.m. – A caller reported he observed approximately 12 subjects passing around a pipe and smoking it at Willamalane Skate Park in the 1200 block of G St.
1:04 p.m. – A resident of an apartment complex in the 100 block of 16th St. reported a female subject knocked on his window and caused his dog to bark. The subject was very intoxicated and reportedly carrying a bottle of wine around.
2:45 p.m. – A resident in the 1700 block of 17th St. reported being involved in a dispute with her mother because she is no longer allowing her mother to watch her child. The mother refused to leave unless the caller let her take her son with her and stayed for two hours after being told to leave. The resident trespassed her mother from her residence.
2:59 p.m. – Breauna Hall, 26, was arrested on 10 counts of identity theft in the 200 block of 4th St.
3:24 p.m. – A resident in the 300 block of S. 40th St. reported her husband, a cage fighter, was trashing the house. She reported he was coming down from a methamphetamine high, and her 5-year-old child was home when this occurred. The husband had moved out a month prior, but she had been letting him stay at her residence the three previous nights.
7:17 p.m. – A resident in the 3900 block of Virginia Ave. reported a neighbor had been throwing rocks at his dog in the backyard.
9:33 a.m. – A male subject with no shirt on, but with a shirt wrapped around his head, was reported to be banging on the doors and windows of Two Rivers-Dos Rios Elementary School in the 1000 block of G St. Police did not locate the subject in a subsequent check of the area.
