Eugene Police Seek Suspect in Crash of Stolen Vehicle

Eugene Police are seeking help from the public in locating a suspect in the hit-and-run crash of a stolen vehicle. The crash occurred Sunday, March 31, between 4:00 and 4:15 a.m.

James Jeremiah Naylor, 32. is suspected of stealing a 1997 silver 4-door Nissan Sentra from the 400 block of Sierra St., and crashing it in a single-vehicle accident at Oak Hill Cemetery Rd. and Royal Ave. The vehicle struck a fence and utility pole, and the driver fled.

The vehicle was totaled. Police ask anyone with information to contact EPD at 541-684-5111, or Lane County Sheriff’s Department at 541-682-4141.
